CSAD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSAD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,029 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSAD-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUF2, PLSCR4, and CALCOCO1. Each is linked with CSAD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSAD-to-partner and partner-to-CSAD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSAD versus NUF2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSAD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSAD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
