CRYZ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRYZ mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRYZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, A-Raf_pS299, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with CRYZ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYZ-to-partner and partner-to-CRYZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by CRYZ-low versus CRYZ-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRYZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRYZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
