CRYZ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRYZ mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,589 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRYZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRF6, TRPM4, and ATP13A3. Each is linked with CRYZ in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYZ-to-partner and partner-to-CRYZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IRF6 grouped by CRYZ-low versus CRYZ-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRYZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRYZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
