CRYM-AS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRYM-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRYM-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC22A24, MIR153-1, and LINC00368. Each is linked with CRYM-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYM-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-CRYM-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRYM-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRYM-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
