Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CRYGFP RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CRYGFP data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher CRYGFP RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CRYGFP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LIHC, COAD, and ESCA are the cancer types where CRYGFP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
