CRYGD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRYGD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 627 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRYGD-associated genes across cancer lineages are GCAT, DDX17, and NEFH. Each is linked with CRYGD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYGD-to-partner and partner-to-CRYGD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRYGD versus GCAT in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRYGD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRYGD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
