CRYGD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRYGD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRYGD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RARRES2P4, MIR6853, and SPATA31E3P. Each is linked with CRYGD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYGD-to-partner and partner-to-CRYGD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RARRES2P4 grouped by CRYGD-low versus CRYGD-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRYGD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRYGD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
