CRYGC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRYGC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 268 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRYGC-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHFRP2, RPS26P30, and RPS29P26. Each is linked with CRYGC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYGC-to-partner and partner-to-CRYGC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DHFRP2 grouped by CRYGC-low versus CRYGC-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRYGC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRYGC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
