CRYGC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRYGC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRYGC-associated genes across cancer lineages are DIRC1, MINDY4B, and IQCF5. Each is linked with CRYGC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYGC-to-partner and partner-to-CRYGC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DIRC1 grouped by CRYGC-low versus CRYGC-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRYGC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRYGC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
