Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRYBB3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,911 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRYBB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, GNPNAT1, and CHGA. Each is linked with CRYBB3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYBB3-to-partner and partner-to-CRYBB3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRYBB3 versus PRODH in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRYBB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRYBB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
