Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRYBB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,560 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRYBB3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-RNA complex organization, GDP-L-fucose biosynthetic process, and Regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay. Each is linked with CRYBB3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYBB3-to-partner and partner-to-CRYBB3 results are reported.
