Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRYBA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,013 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRYBA4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Oxidative phosphorylation, Positive regulation of gamma-delta T cell activation, and Positive regulation of T cell proliferation. Each is linked with CRYBA4 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYBA4-to-partner and partner-to-CRYBA4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
