Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRYBA4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRYBA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-838P, RPL21P37, and LINC01781. Each is linked with CRYBA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYBA4-to-partner and partner-to-CRYBA4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRYBA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRYBA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
