Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRYBA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 775 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRYBA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS1, NFATC4, and DOK5. Each is linked with CRYBA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYBA2-to-partner and partner-to-CRYBA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRYBA2 versus LGALS1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRYBA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRYBA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
