Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRYBA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,474 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRYBA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of protein localization to mitochondrion. Each is linked with CRYBA2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYBA2-to-partner and partner-to-CRYBA2 results are reported.
