Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRYBA2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,444 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRYBA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB11FIP4, ILDR2, and EPHA7. Each is linked with CRYBA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYBA2-to-partner and partner-to-CRYBA2 results are reported.
