CRYAB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRYAB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,253 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRYAB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRYAB_S59, CRYAB_S76, and PRKAB2. Each is linked with CRYAB in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYAB-to-partner and partner-to-CRYAB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRYAB versus CRYAB_S59 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRYAB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRYAB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
