Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRYAB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,751 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRYAB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASPA, SGCA, and DIPK2B. Each is linked with CRYAB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYAB-to-partner and partner-to-CRYAB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRYAB versus ASPA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRYAB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRYAB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
