Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRYAB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 293 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRYAB-associated genes across cancer lineages are EI24P4, FABP5P12, and IGHVIII-67-4. Each is linked with CRYAB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYAB-to-partner and partner-to-CRYAB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EI24P4 grouped by CRYAB-low versus CRYAB-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRYAB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRYAB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
