Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRYAB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,426 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRYAB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ERAD pathway, Negative regulation of protein-containing complex assembly, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with CRYAB in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYAB-to-partner and partner-to-CRYAB results are reported.
