Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CRY2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CRY2 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher CRY2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CRY2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

ACC, HNSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where CRY2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
