Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRY2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,203 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRY2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLN2, RPL5, and RPL7. Each is linked with CRY2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRY2-to-partner and partner-to-CRY2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRY2 versus TLN2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
