Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRY2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,063 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRY2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACOT4, CADPS2, and CCS. Each is linked with CRY2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRY2-to-partner and partner-to-CRY2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRY2 versus ACOT4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRY2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRY2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
