Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRY2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRY2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1173, ERK2, and Lck. Each is linked with CRY2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRY2-to-partner and partner-to-CRY2 results are reported.
