Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRY2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,051 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRY2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of autophagy, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, and Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure. Each is linked with CRY2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRY2-to-partner and partner-to-CRY2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of autophagy grouped by CRY2-low versus CRY2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
