CRX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 300 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRX-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTF3C6P1, HNRNPH3P1, and RNU6-798P. Each is linked with CRX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRX-to-partner and partner-to-CRX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GTF3C6P1 grouped by CRX-low versus CRX-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRX→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
