CRTC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRTC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,532 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRTC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM204, C1QTNF7, and ZCCHC24. Each is linked with CRTC3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRTC3-to-partner and partner-to-CRTC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRTC3 versus TMEM204 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRTC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRTC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
