Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRTC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,055 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRTC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SVIP, RNU6-1127P, and RPL39P18. Each is linked with CRTC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRTC3-to-partner and partner-to-CRTC3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SVIP grouped by CRTC3-low versus CRTC3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRTC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRTC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
