CRTC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRTC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,018 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRTC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PYGO2, SH3BP5L, and DENND4B. Each is linked with CRTC2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRTC2-to-partner and partner-to-CRTC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRTC2 versus PYGO2 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRTC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRTC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
