CRTAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRTAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,563 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRTAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLOD1, MAP4, and TMEM43. Each is linked with CRTAP in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRTAP-to-partner and partner-to-CRTAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRTAP versus PLOD1 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRTAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRTAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
