CRTAM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRTAM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,993 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRTAM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP45, ARHGDIB, and PLEK. Each is linked with CRTAM in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRTAM-to-partner and partner-to-CRTAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRTAM versus ARHGAP45 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRTAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRTAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
