Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRTAM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,702 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRTAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, NDUFAF5, and E2F1. Each is linked with CRTAM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRTAM-to-partner and partner-to-CRTAM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDKN3 grouped by CRTAM-low versus CRTAM-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRTAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRTAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
