Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRTAM mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRTAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Stathmin, and ATM. Each is linked with CRTAM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRTAM-to-partner and partner-to-CRTAM results are reported.
