Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRTAM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRTAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLRN2, OR2T29, and MCHR2. Each is linked with CRTAM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRTAM-to-partner and partner-to-CRTAM results are reported.
