Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,192 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SP1_S59, PHF1, and RALGAPA1_S721. Each is linked with CRP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRP-to-partner and partner-to-CRP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRP versus SP1_S59 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
