Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,654 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of antigen processing and presentation, Plasma membrane organization, and Positive regulation of NF-kappaB transcription factor activity. Each is linked with CRP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRP-to-partner and partner-to-CRP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of antigen processing and presentation grouped by CRP-low versus CRP-high in LIHC.
