Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRP-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Cyclin-B1, and JNK2. Each is linked with CRP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRP-to-partner and partner-to-CRP results are reported.
