Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 723 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of androgen receptor signaling pathway, Regulation of cell fate specification, and Neutral lipid catabolic process. Each is linked with CRP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRP-to-partner and partner-to-CRP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of androgen receptor signaling pathway grouped by CRP-low versus CRP-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
