Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBC1D21, CCER1, and PYDC2. Each is linked with CRP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRP-to-partner and partner-to-CRP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D21 grouped by CRP-low versus CRP-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
