Across TCGA patient cohorts, CROT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,062 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CROT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIP6, SRI, and WASL. Each is linked with CROT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CROT-to-partner and partner-to-CROT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CROT versus TRIP6 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
