Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CROT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,238 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CROT-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF4A1P3, SULT6B1, and MTCYBP36. Each is linked with CROT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CROT-to-partner and partner-to-CROT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EIF4A1P3 grouped by CROT-low versus CROT-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CROT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CROT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
