Across TCGA cell cohorts, CROT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,272 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CROT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Carnitine metabolic process, and Medium-chain fatty acid metabolic process. Each is linked with CROT in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CROT-to-partner and partner-to-CROT results are reported.
