Across TCGA cell cohorts, CROT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CROT-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZC2HC1B, IL36B, and UGT2B17. Each is linked with CROT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CROT-to-partner and partner-to-CROT results are reported.
