Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CROCCP5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CROCCP5 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher CROCCP5 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CROCCP5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and HNSC show a favorable association.
LIHC, CESC, and LGG are the cancer types where CROCCP5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
