Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CROCCP4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CROCCP4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher CROCCP4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CROCCP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and LUSC show a favorable association.

UVM, ACC, and CHOL are the cancer types where CROCCP4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
