Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CROCC2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CROCC2 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher CROCC2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CROCC2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, CESC, and SARC are the cancer types where CROCC2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
