Across TCGA patient cohorts, CROCC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,001 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CROCC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DYDC2, DYDC1, and ST6GALNAC1. Each is linked with CROCC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CROCC2-to-partner and partner-to-CROCC2 results are reported.
