The most reproducible CROCC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DYDC2, DYDC1, and ST6GALNAC1. Each is linked with CROCC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CROCC2-to-partner and partner-to-CROCC2 results are reported.
