CROCC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CROCC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,440 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CROCC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPRT, LGALS7B, and OR4D1. Each is linked with CROCC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CROCC2-to-partner and partner-to-CROCC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CROCC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CROCC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
