Across TCGA cell cohorts, CROCC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 274 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CROCC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of amyloid-beta formation, Positive regulation of amyloid precursor protein catabolic process, and Membrane raft localization. Each is linked with CROCC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CROCC2-to-partner and partner-to-CROCC2 results are reported.
