Across TCGA patient cohorts, CROCC protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,156 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CROCC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEP68, CROCC_S1451, and CROCC_S494. Each is linked with CROCC in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CROCC-to-partner and partner-to-CROCC results are reported.
